Merry Christmas
Guess what? Its December again and Christmas day is less than two weeks away. Have you done all or your Christmas shopping? Are you having family in for the holidays? Every year many people go crazy this time of year trying to outdo each other with shopping for gifts, decorating for the holidays and thinking about how they will entertain guests. We all need to stop and remember the meaning of Christmas. For Christians, it is the celebration of Jesus’ birthday! More to the point, we celebrate the gift of His coming.
No matter how you celebrate the holiday season, make it a time of reflection and service to our fellow men and women. Volunteer for a community meal, give a warm coat or other clothes to those who are less fortunate, or give your time to do a chore for a neighbor. Just show a little kindness to those around you. As we get ready for 2018, we need to reflect on what is really important in life. Most of us have what we need. In fact most of us have much more that we really need. We all can share from our abundance.
This year has been good to us and our company, Murphy Beds of Central Kentucky. Hopefully next year will be even better. Please take the time to enjoy your families and friends and help those around you who need a hand.
