Murphy Beds of Central Kentucky offers a variety of bed sizes including twin, full, full XL, queen and king sized beds with beautiful natural wood cabinets or for the more price conscious consumer, medium density fiberboard (MDF). The cabinets come with bi-fold doors which fold back to be out of the way. The spring mechanism for the bed is adjusted to make it very easy for you to lower or raise the bed with little effort. The beds also use standard mattresses between 11” and 14” thick. You can purchase a mattress as part of the bed purchase or provide your own mattress.
Murphy beds of Central Kentucky offers cabinets made by highly skilled Amish Craftsmen, featuring dovetailed joints and beautiful hand finishing. Each bed cabinet and accompanying piece of furniture is commissioned individually to the specifications of you, the customer. There are several choices of door styles and seven different natural woods including oak, cherry, walnut, maple, pine, alder and hickory. Wood finish choices range from very light to very dark. You choose your favorite. Due to the custom designed nature of the furniture it normally takes six to eight weeks for delivery. When the Murphy bed is installed, you will have a piece of furniture that will last for generations.
