Murphy Beds of Central Kentucky showed our products available for immediate delivery as well as custom options at two events! We enjoyed meeting so many people at the Louisville and Lexington home and garden shows in Mid-March and early April. The crowds were great and our cherry sample display Murphy bed was really road tested, going up and down hundreds of times during each show. The bed frame hardware is truly durable!
We now have Murphy beds to offer for immediate delivery.
First is our Cherry Queen Sample model with two matching bookcases. This unit features solid cherry doors in the raised panel cathedral arch pattern. One bookcase has a 3 drawer base featuring dove tailed joints and the other bookcase has a cupboard base. The bed cabinet comes with a false floor so we do not have to drill into your floor to secure the welded steel frame Murphy bed mechanism. The bookcases and the bed cabinet have crown molding for that extra flair. This unit includes a 3” thick bed foundation and one of our Easy Rest queen size mattresses. All cabinet components were made by our Amish craftsman. Regular retail for this unit, if we were to order one, is $5827. Since it is a sample/display unit we are offering this cherry bed and accessory cabinets at a special price of $3687. Cedar full size Murphy bed
The second unit offered is a locally made Cedar full size Murphy bed. It is our newest design, made from cedar tongue and groove lumber. It has a satin polyurethane finish on the exterior showing off the natural beauty of the cedar wood. The interior is unfinished to take advantage of the benefits of the natural cedar. The cabinet has our standard bi-fold doors that fold back on themselves to get out of the way when the bed is opened or lowered. This unit comes with the bed frame and our standard Easy Rest full size mattress. The price for this beautiful cedar bed is $1695. Contact us to claim this one of a kind cedar Murphy bed.
Installation is available in the Central Kentucky area. We would love to deliver and install any of these units in the Central Kentucky area for just $200. However, if you want to install the units yourself, we will give you written instructions on the assembly and supply a spring setting tool. We really recommend you let us install the beds!

If you are interested in having your Murphy bed custom made by our Amish craftsman we will come to your home or office, show you our samples, design a Murphy bed system to fit your needs and order a bed cabinet just for you. Normal delivery times for custom made beds and accessory cabinets are six to eight weeks varying depending on the complexity of the pieces to be made. A deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Installation or delivery will be scheduled after we receive shipment of your custom Murphy bed furniture.
